Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.
In this lesson, we will slowly flow and move from one asana to another using our breathing and listening to our body about how deep an asana should go.
