Kinetics

Kinetics is my new developing project. A multifunctional practice based on the functions of the body and my training expertise. I will train with you and I will train you using all my practices, yoga asanas, animal movement, body functional moves and we will workout in the most delicious way and you will love it.
But most of all you will love you more after each training.
What’s different about Kinetics? Kinetics makes difficult easy. We do not need to hurt our body trying to achieve the results we wish. We can work in the most efficient clever way and achieve the most. No time line no stress, no must. Just do it be committed to yourself and you will be surprised with the results. Practicing kinetics you can use from 15-60 min according to your time availiability and it is flexy and has results. We exercise for health and fun above all.
