Yoga is the art of science of mental discipline, through which the mind becomes cultured and mature.
Yoga is the way I have decided to flow in the universe. Entered my life 4 years ago and made me see me. Made me discover me. I teach hatha vinyasa flows of various sequences that workout as a major and important training with goals for the body and the mind. There are levels for advanced and starting practicians. I teach yin yoga, using the power of breathing to open and expand the body and connect with it and with all the elements of our environment. I’m also practicing yoga nidra, a deeply healing process for the mind and the body that works though slowing down the mind at a pre sleeping state relieving it from the pressure and stress as well as heeling it.
