It is based on the functions of strength mobility flexibility elasticity, endurance and balance!
Flexible joints need strong muscles flexible muscles need strong joints!
All these functions need to be in balance and the only person that can involve his or her body is yourself!
This specific session is an advanced practice! It is a 2. (1 light, 2 medium, 3 hard)
All kinetic sessions are mainly based on the body weight and the way we use it!
